1. DEEP LEARNING

We dive into the anatomy as well as knowledge about pelvic floor muscle training. This step will give you a comprehensive understanding of how your deep core muscles impact your movement.

2. ISOLATION

Everything will be put into practice. Learn how to control your pelvic floor muscles and your pelvic position. It is not just „training“, it is about feeling and connection to your body.  

3. INTEGRATION

You will learn how to use your core more effectively and bring your new knowledge to your movement. This will enable you to unlock new levels in your fluidity and health.
