Freedom in dance,
flow & self-expression
unlock your pelvic floor muscles
Discover how dancers can melt away pain, blockages, and fear by getting educated about their body center. This program is inspired by African and Caribbean music culture.

Feeling of disconnection
Exhaustion, stress, weight fluctuations, and trauma for example can cause significant issues and blockages in the pelvic area: low back pain, hip pain, tension, a limited range of motion, or incontinence can be the results.
Today’s society has turned dancing into a competitive experience filled with fear, judgment, and feelings of inadequacy, making us believe we can never be good enough.
This disconnection makes us feel detached from ourselves and others; we are no longer „living in our bodies.“
once you learn How to control
your Body center, you can control everything — it’s all connected.

The key to freedom is being grounded in your body
This is the beginning of a lifelong journey towards health and longevity. The essence is to show love to your body.
1. DEEP LEARNING
We dive into the anatomy as well as knowledge about deep core training. This step will give you a comprehensive understanding of how your pelvic floor muscles impact your posture, long-term health, and movement.
2. ISOLATION
Everything will be put into practice. Learn how to control your pelvic floor muscles, your breath and your pelvic position. It is not just „training“, it is all about feeling and being more in tune with your body.
3. INTEGRATION
You will learn how to use your core more effectively to free from blockages and to integrate your new knowledge into your movement. This will enable you to express yourself through dance and to be unapologetically you.

Your next steps
1. 15-minute consultation call
2. 40-minute assessment via Zoom
3. Work with me (only if it is a fit for both of us, of course)

Felizitas, dANCER
Nadine helped me locate and engage my pelvic floor muscles. Moreover, with her guidance, we identified imbalances in my body, including a one-sided blockage in my spine. Through her step-by-step exercises, we were able to release the blockage and restore balance 💃✨

As I work a lot with my body as a dancer and want to improve the quality of my movements, I came across Nadine. I felt completely at ease in the sessions with her and received excellent advice. I got a lot out of it and was able to connect with my pelvis in a great new way 🥰 Highly recommended.

Marleen, DANCER
I was impressed how you created a very personal atmosphere and showed that dancing is not only about choreography. It’s all about our body and how to express and transform feelings, and to be brave enough to do so!

Julia, DANCER
For the first time I could look in the mirror, being able to accept my body while I was dancing and moving. And I liked what I saw, that is very rare in my world.
