The following three steps are the beginning of a life long journey. the essence is to show love to your body.

1. DEEP LEARNING

We dive into the anatomy as well as knowledge about deep core training. This step will give you a comprehensive understanding of how your pelvic floor muscles impact your movement.

2. ISOLATION

Everything will be put into practice. Learn how to control your pelvic floor muscles and your pelvic position. It is not just „training“, it is about feeling and connection to your body. 

3. INTEGRATION

 You will learn how to use your core more effectively and bring your new knowledge to the field. This will enable you to unlock new levels in your strength, mobility, explosive power and health.
